1. Hoop red felt
2. Place white felt on top - stitch out securing stitches -
trim excess felt
3. Stitch placement stitch for blue flag - place blue felt
on top - stitch out securing stitches - trim excess felt
4. Stitch out lettering and stars
5. Place any color felt under hoop - stitch out heart shape
6. Remove from hoop trim around heart
