February club

We had a lot of fun this month We missed those of you who could not join us. Jan was out of town and Teri did a great job showing all the wonderful ideas for the month. You can find links to many of the projects below.

1. Hoop red felt
2. Place white felt on top - stitch out securing stitches - trim excess felt
3. Stitch placement stitch for blue flag - place blue felt on top - stitch out securing stitches - trim excess felt
4. Stitch out lettering and stars
5. Place any color felt under hoop - stitch out heart shape
6. Remove from hoop trim around heart

Teri showed us a stemmed vase she made with a candle holder and plain vase from the dollar store. They are glued together with hot glue. The wrap is lace then burlap with a lace heart done on organza.They can found at http://www.secretsof.com/
Susan gave us a demo on the Ellisimo.

Show and tell time

Margie brought blanket she makes for each of the new moms in the ward. It is embroidered with the name and date of the new baby.
